Summary

Delta Misr is seeking highly qualified Civil Engineers to join our expanding Infrastructure Division. We are hiring talent across multiple experience levels (Intermediate: 3+ years, Senior: 5+ years, and Team Leader: 10+ years) to support our ongoing road construction projects. The ideal candidate will be the technical backbone of the project, ensuring all engineering documentation, quantity surveying, and designs meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Drawing Management: Prepare and review full Shop Drawings and As-Built drawings for road networks and infrastructure utilities.

• Quantity Surveying (QS): Perform precise quantity take-offs for earthworks (cut & fill), sub-base, and asphalt layers using Civil 3D.

• Invoicing: Prepare monthly Client invoices (Mustakhalasat) and review/approve Subcontractor invoices against work executed.

• Technical Coordination: Resolve technical discrepancies between design and site conditions, and coordinate with the Consultant for approvals.

• Cost & Variation: Assist in preparing variation orders, cost breakdowns, and claim analysis when necessary.

• Reporting: Maintain organized technical archives and generate regular progress reports for the Project Manager.
  

Key Skills

• Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.

• Experience: Must have a proven track record in Roads & Infrastructure projects (3, 5, or 10+ years depending on the level applied for).

• Software Proficiency: Advanced mastery of AutoCAD and Civil 3D is mandatory.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of road construction codes, earthwork calculations, and contract administration.

• Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
